Kentucky
Kentucky came to me at Gut Tannbrunn at the age of six and today he is a Grand Prix horse. He is a real showmaster and the most voracious horse I know.
- all Grand Prix lessons
- won international Intermediaire I, started national Grand Prix
eat, eat, eat. Kentucky feels like he's eating all the time, in the box, in the paddock, in the paddock - you can see it in his face
Sweat rugs - more precisely fleece rugs! That's why there are extra woollen rugs for Kentucky
Kentucky came to me as a five-year-old and I trained him myself. As a seven-year-old, we started a small tour, then I decided to give Kentucky to Severo Jurado Lopez for training. The two of them competed in small tours in Compiegne and Falsterbo, but then he unfortunately broke his handle bone. As I preferred to have him at home for his rehab, he came back to Salzburg relatively quickly. Once he was fit again, we made the leap from nine to ten years old into the Grand Prix and competed nationally in 2025. This year he is more reliable and stronger than ever! In 2026, "Chicken" and I will hopefully compete together in our first international Grand Prix.
Honesty. Kentucky is very honest, likes to present himself and is a little showmaster! It feels like he grows 10 cm in the arena.
